DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS / FedEx): 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM CST)

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $[X].

P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) We ship to P.O. Boxes and U.S. military addresses via USPS. Delivery times to military addresses may vary.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING — EU & WORLDWIDE EXPORT

Shipping to the European Union We ship to all EU member states. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Import VAT International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

For EU orders, import VAT may apply in accordance with EU VAT regulations (including the EU VAT One-Stop Shop / IOSS rules). Please check with your local customs office for applicable rates before placing your order.
